Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through advisement and timely responses.
• Assist with plan changes, carrier changes, claims, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors to meet client goals.
• Develop insurance solutions and review policy information for accuracy.
• Prepare renewal comparisons and policy proposals.
