Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of all lines of insurance coverage.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and related insurance sales applications.

• Build a network of professional relationships, identify new leads, and qualify opportunities that meet company standards as prospects.
• Establish, cultivate, and manage customer relations with clients, carrier partners, and internal resources.
• Conduct risk management surveys and advise clients on insurance coverage options.
• Provide continuous professional advice for improving insurance and risk management programs.
• Prepare documentation for new business and renewal quotes and proposals.
• Present and sell new business and renewal proposals to client decision-makers.
• Review and resolve client disputes regarding complex claims.
• Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures and participate in training to maintain licensing.
