Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Employee Health & Benefits team in the United States. You’ll manage service and retention for mid-to-large group benefit accounts, handle client inquiries, and support producers with renewals.

You’ll gather information for new and renewing groups, assist with enrollments, and keep electronic files updated in our document management system. A 2-15 license and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, carriers, and prospects regarding Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
• Active 2-15 insurance license is required or desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve and retain middle to large market group benefit accounts; manage day-to-day client questions and correspondence.
• Assist Producers and Benefit Consultants with gathering information for new and renewing groups for the marketing team.
• Handle implementations, intake forms and enrollments, and maintain organized workflows and up-to-date electronic files in the document management system.
