Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as a Client Manager with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and support.
• Prepare communication materials and conduct open enrollment meetings.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills

General knowledge of coverages and services regarding employee benefits

Strong attention to detail

Interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently

Experience with agency management systems

Education

High school diploma

Some college preferred

Life and Health License (or willing to obtain)
