Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Concord, CA is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Coordinator to assist the Client Executive and Client Manager with maintaining a client’s employee benefits program and day-to-day service.

You will support marketing, data collection, open enrollment materials, and system updates, ensuring accurate data flow and client satisfaction. This hybrid role requires coordination with CE/CM and active engagement in ongoing client services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year experience as an Account Representative or Client Service.
• California Life and Health License preferred, or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist CE and/or CM in data collection to prepare RFPs and marketing spreadsheets.
• Draft open enrollment materials and coordinate enrollment meetings and health fairs.
• Gather contracts, experience data, and 5500 information for client servicing.
• Process BORs, update internal systems, and support client billing and issues.
