Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for EPIC Private Client to deliver exceptional service to private clients. You will act as trusted advisor, collaborate with a cross-functional team, manage renewals, and identify new coverage opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• P&C Insurance license required.
• 5+ years of client management experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office/Outlook.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to our Private Clients.
• Work with Private Client Relationship Managers and Account Managers, Private Client Associates, Private Client Advisors and leadership.
• Actively participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows the private client practice.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Private Client Associates.
• Develop cooperative relationships with carriers.
• Manage renewal activity from start to close.
• Deliver renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.
• Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.
• Assist Private Client Advisors in onboarding new clients.
• Take on additional responsibilities and manage projects as directed by leadership.
• Comply with internal procedures and meet performance and quality standards.
