Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Private Client practice in a hybrid Southfield, MI location. You will deliver exemplary service, act as trusted advisor, and work with a team of professionals to manage client renewals and carrier relationships.

The role requires a college degree and a P&C license, with 5+ years of client management experience. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of Sagitta/ ImageRight are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• P&C Insurance license required.
• 5+ years client management experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, etc.
• Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client and Account teams and leadership.
• Participate in thought leadership as EPIC grows the private client practice.
• Provide mentorship to Private Client Associates and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers.
• Manage renewal activity end-to-end and deliver renewal reviews.
