You’ll participate in a structured mentorship program and connect with professionals across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support account teams and client service requests within employee benefits programs.
• Assist with day-to-day account management across diverse clients and industries.
• Help gather census data, review plan documents, and resolve enrollment issues.
• Coordinate documentation for insurance coverage implementations and plan updates.
• Create client-facing materials and participate in client meetings to learn relationship-building.
