Qualifications

• 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an independent agency or broker setting.
• Must have a General Lines L&H Agent License from Day 1.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills required.

Currently, they’re looking for a Benefits Analyst in their North Dallas office. Hybrid setup after training.

Drive the insurance renewal process by managing RFPs, analyzing bids, and creating sharp presentations. You’ll work with carriers, evaluate fully insured and self-funded proposals, and support claims reporting.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an independent agency or broker setting.
