Job Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day pension processing, including maintenance, account changes, and handling requests from call center and email inquiries.
  • Communicate directly with participants/clients regarding their pension accounts as needed.
  • Process and reconcile complex transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address exceptions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to complete transactions.
  • Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service levels.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in training new team members.
Qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience and an Associates degree or equivalent.
Additional Information

This position requires working a rotation of in-office 3 days a week for 2 weeks, then working remotely for 5-6 weeks. The scheduled shift is 8:00am - 5:00pm.
