Employee Benefits Enrollment Counselor – Kennesaw, Woodstock, Cartersville, Marietta, Alpharetta (Travel throughout the state of GA Required)

Compensation: $50K-$80k+

Overview

A growing insurance agency specializing in group benefits is seeking a motivated and licensed Benefits Enrollment Counselor to join its team.

This position involves meeting with employees across the state of Georgia to explain and assist with benefit options using an online enrollment platform. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person benefit presentations to employees
• Answer questions and provide guidance on available insurance options
• Support employees during the online enrollment process

Qualifications
