• Supports Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Initiates renewal process for existing clients and collaborates on renewal strategy with Producer.
• Analyzes exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and reviews quotes for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepares proposals and summaries; finalizes proposals with Producer; binds coverage.
• Reviews policies, prepares schedules of coverage, and handles client accounting inquiries.
• Participates in claims process as directed by management; maintains client communications.
