Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service in force groups and provide full service for select producers.
• Review renewals and assist with market placement and letters.
• Foster and manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor Account Managers to meet department objectives.
• Negotiate with markets for benefits premium concessions.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity for the book of business.
• Coordinate new carrier implementations and office operations.
