Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a senior client services professional to act as an agent of Producer assigned accounts, servicing and soliciting opportunities while managing a book of business through a dedicated service team.

The role focuses on client relationship management, renewal analysis, and collaboration with Producers to expand coverage and services across client portfolios. Strong communication, leadership, and insurance licensing CE compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and related experience required.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License and CE requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manages client required services and maintains client relationships with minimal input from Producers.
• Directs the work of a service team and manages a mid-market book of business.
• Receives and develops new business leads from Producers or cross-sell opportunities.
• Acts as main contact for clients from lead to service delivery.
• Prepares and presents renewal analyses and negotiates with carriers on benefits and premiums.
