Job summary

HUB International Limited seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager to maintain an established book of business, interact with clients for quotes, endorsements, or renewals, and process client service requests. You will verify and maintain account files and collaborate with Sales Executives. Travel up to 20% may be required.

The ideal candidate holds a Life/Health license and has 2+ years of relevant experience, with a commitment to accurate processing and carrier relations.

Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions, handling book of business.
• Review insurance applications and policies to ensure initial compliance and underwriting authority and guidelines.
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in a variety of written forms.
• Screen and process insurance applications.
• Prepare and compile a variety of insurance-related documents within established procedures.
• Market existing and new accounts.
• Maintain all records.
• Maintain positive carrier relationships.
• Assist in meeting office sales goals.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
• Any other duties as appropriate and assigned by management.
