Qualifications

• 3–5 years in employee benefits management or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of health, retirement and voluntary benefit programs.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance affecting employee benefits.
• Proficiency in MS Office; benefits administration software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Review accounts regularly to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and customer service for seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Assist with plan design, renewals, and new benefit implementations using data-driven insights.
• Coordinate employee education sessions and open enrollment events.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing metrics and performance.
