TEEMA Group in New Braunfels/Austin, TX, is looking for an Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business in a hybrid role. You will sell to HR leaders, CFOs and business owners with BDR support and hands-on coaching from senior leadership.

You will build a recurring revenue book by prospecting, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing employer accounts. The role emphasizes health plans, cost management and payroll/HCM solutions, with HubSpot pipeline coordination and a focus on

Qualificações

• B2B prospecting and closing experience with clear activity and performance expectations.
• Strong phone skills and comfort selling to HR/finance decision-makers.
• Payroll, HCM or related B2B sales experience; Life and Health license required or willing to obtain.
• License is required or readiness to obtain promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Build new business through outbound prospecting, referrals and BDR-generated opportunities.
• Lead discovery, develop proposals, handle objections, negotiate and close employer accounts.
• Advise on health plans, funding options, pharmacy strategies and healthcare cost management.
• Coordinate with onboarding, renewals and client retention.
• Maintain HubSpot pipeline records and forecasts.
