Job summary

Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Manager to coordinate and deliver emotional support services for staff, faculty, and physicians. You will provide direct clinical services in confidence and facilitate debriefings and psychoeducational sessions for groups of varying sizes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience providing individual, family and group counseling.
• Experience in short-term treatment models.
• Experience with a healthcare Employee Assistance Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• The EAP Manager coordinates and delivers employee assistance and emotional support services for staff, faculty, and physicians.
• Provides direct clinical services in a confidential capacity and facilitates emotional debriefings.
• Develops, implements and supports wellbeing initiatives and management policies with HR and Wellbeing Office.
