Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and maintain EMPI and EHR data integrity.
• Research potential duplicates and remediate duplicate MRN/encounter numbers.
• Coordinate with HIM Data Integrity Team and downstream departments to notify systems of MRN changes and ensure patient safety.
