CITON Claims Solutions is seeking a Claims Intake Specialist in Irving, TX, to be the first contact for policyholders, ensuring quick and accurate claim reporting with empathy. You will support claims administration, coordinate with adjusters, and maintain clear communications to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, prior claims or call center experience, and strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a claims environment or call center is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity under pressure.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for policyholders and capture essential claim details.
• Input claim data into multiple systems and route documents.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building trust with clients and agents.
• Coordinate with adjusters and internal teams for smooth handoffs and updates.
• Adapt to different shifts and duties as workloads change.
