Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, customer service, or administrative operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Experience with databases or CRM systems (MyClubHub a plus)

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute invoices for membership dues and program fees
• Manage collections for past-due accounts with follow-up
• Serve as primary contact for billing inquiries and communicate clearly with families
• Coordinate payment plans with families and track adherence
