Job summary

United Vision Pet Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team. You will greet clients, communicate compassionately with pet owners, and support daily hospital operations alongside doctors and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to client concerns and guide them toward solutions.
• De-escalate sensitive or emotional situations with confidence and care.
• Collaborate with doctors and the medical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support daily hospital operations, including scheduling and check-in/check-out tasks.
