Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of collection regulations including MLA, SCRA, FCRA, FDCPA, Bankruptcy Code.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection efforts and develop strategies to prevent foreclosure.
• Manage the OREO property portfolio and handle bankruptcy issues.
• Maintain accurate reporting of recovery accounts and repossession portfolio.
