Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of direct legal intake experience (personal injury preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Confident, compassionate and empathetic with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to guide clients without giving legal advice.
• Proficient with computers and eager to learn case management software.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for potential clients with empathy and clarity.
• Listen, connect, and guide clients toward the right path for their case.
• Post new cases on intake sheets and update SmartAdvocate promptly.
• Research potential clients and document relevant case details.
• Refer callers to appropriate resources when needed.
• Maintain team communication to ensure prompt intake follow-ups.
• Support weekly/daily huddles and track KPIs.
