Job summary

Hensley Legal Group in Fishers, IN seeks a Business Development Representative who will be the first contact for potential clients, listening to stories and guiding them through intake.

You’ll ask thoughtful questions, manage 25 leads daily, and coordinate intake paperwork, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads at different stages.
• Willing to learn and follow intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process from first contact to signed agreement.
• Maintain knowledge of case types and selection criteria.
• Manage an active lead queue and engage with at least 25 leads daily.
• Answer and field incoming calls from potential clients.
• Send intake paperwork and coordinate home visits or consultations.
• Enter accurate client information into the case management system.
• Provide clear information about what clients can expect based on their case.
• Refer clients to other attorneys or firms when we cannot assist.
• Maintain accurate, timely intake notes and documentation.
