Job summary

Randstad USA, partnering with The Hanover Insurance Group, seeks Claims Service Representatives for a temp-to-perm role in Worcester, MA or Howell, MI. You will assist agents, insureds, and claimants, using scripts to guide customers through the claims process, starting with empathy and accurate information intake.

You will support agents with written and verbal communications, routing claims, and coordinating related services to get customers back on the road or in business quickly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related role.
• Experience level described as Experienced.
• Education requirement is High School (required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to electronically and phone-submitted claim losses and first notice of loss calls.
• Handle calls on established claims in a polite, professional and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate rental reservations, appraisal assignments, Express Claim shops, Towing and water mitigation.
