Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC seeks an Electromagnetic Operations and Warfare Analyst to support NATO EMO/EW capabilities across DOTMLPFI, developing and tracing requirements and reviewing policies and concepts of operation.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders from strategic to tactical levels, supporting program leadership, organizing workshops, and capturing lessons learned, with travel to meetings and conferences up to 40 days per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field or combined with significant experience.
• Experience briefing senior leaders or decision-makers within the last 10 years.
• Operational EMO/EW knowledge at tactical or joint level within military or civilian roles.
• Project or program management experience in complex military capability development.
• Experience working in multinational organizations or NATO contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support development of NATO EMO/EW capabilities across DOTMLPFI, trace requirements and synchronize capability development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders from strategic to tactical levels and with NATO agencies; organize workshops and capture lessons learned.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent

Management/leadership briefing experience

EMO/EW knowledge at tactical/joint level

Program or project management experience

Experience in multinational NATO context
