Job summary

Jtec Industries, Inc. - Material Movement Experts is seeking an Electromagnetic Operations / Electromagnetic Warfare Support Analyst to assist NATO Allied Command Transformation in developing EMO/EW capability products.

The role involves supporting DOTMLPFI-driven life cycle development under ACT guidance, coordinating with JE directors and integrators, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Ideal candidates have advanced degrees, substantial EMO/EW experience, and program management

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• 3 years' experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.
• 5 years operational knowledge of EMO/EW at Tactical or Joint level.
• 2 years Programme/Project Management experience in a complex environment.
• 2 years multinational organization or NATO experience.

Responsibilities

• Provision of support to EMO/EW capability development across DOTMLPFI through life cycle per ACT governance.
• Interact with EMO/EW and Joint & Multi-Domain stakeholders at all levels, from strategic to tactical.
• Elicit, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability of requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Develop and review EMO/EW doctrinal corpus (policies, doctrines, directives, concepts, COAs).
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and recommend actions to resolve capability issues throughout lifecycles.
• Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences and meetings.
