Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Contractor Support to Electromagnetic Operations & Electromagnetic Warfare (EMO/EW) with a strong background in program management and multi-national environments. You will assist the development of EMO/EW capability products under NATO governance, coordinating with ACT JE leadership and stakeholders at strategic to tactical levels.

The role requires at least 5 years of EMO/EW experience at the tactical or joint level, a master’s degree (or bachelor’s plus 5

Qualifications

• Requires active NATO Secret clearance.
• Able to brief senior leaders/decision makers.
• Experience in EMO/EW at tactical or joint level.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to EMO/EW capability product development per NATO governance.
• Support program management efforts and interactions with EMO/EW stakeholders.
• Elicit, capture, develop, analyze, evaluate, and trace requirements across DOTMLPFI.
