Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks an EMO/EW Subject Matter Expert to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS in Norfolk, VA. On-site role with up to 40 travel days annually, contingent on contract award.

The EMO/EW SME will manage lifecycle development of NATO electromagnetic operations and warfare capabilities, coordinating with DOTMLPFI and stakeholders from tactical to strategic levels, providing program management and capability development support.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers within the last 10 years.
• Minimum 5 years of operational EMO/EW knowledge within last 12 years at tactical or Joint level.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in military capability development.
• 5+ years in a multinational organization or NATO context.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated English-language proficiency per STANAG 6001 SLP 3333.

Responsibilities

• Support development of EMO/EW capability products according to NATO governance.
• Assist JE Capabilities Program Director and Coordinators in program management activities across DOTMLPFI.
• Support EMO/EW-related projects, including Beacon Projects.
• Capture and trace requirements, capability targets, and interoperability specs.
• Develop and review EMO/EW policies, doctrines, and concepts of operation.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and synchronize implementation.
