Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of emissions warranty coverage.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• 3+ years of automotive fixed operations experience.
• Intermediate or above MS Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish or Japanese) a plus.
• 5+ years experience in warranty or fixed operations.
• Experience with professional publications.
• Experience with regulatory compliance.
• Detailed understanding of evolving CARB and Federal Emissions regulations.

Responsibilities

• Edit and update Warranty and Emissions Guides for Toyota and Lexus.
• Edit and update Warranty Pocket Handbooks.
• Serve as SME for all Emissions related questions, updates and changes.
• Collaborate with Service Information team, Certification teams, TMC-QD, and others.
• Maintain inventory of warranty-related materials at the MDC.
• Author and distribute field and dealer communications relating to the Warranty Department.
• Administer the Warranty Resource Center.
• Cross-train to support and provide backup to other functions within the Administration team.
• Other ad-hoc duties as necessary.
