• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters governed by local, state, and federal law.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range $100,000 to $170,000 depending on experience and background
• Choice of monthly or annual bonus structure based on billable hours, not collections or write-offs
• 1,920 annual billable hour requirement with unlimited PTO

• 401(k) with immediate eligibility and 3% firm contribution on total annual earnings including bonuses
