Job summary

Leader Tech in Tampa, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 20–25 employees in air press forming and related EMI shielding operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, translating schedules into daily priorities.

This role requires strong leadership, ERP (SYSPRO) and Excel proficiency, and experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with adherence to AS9100/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3+ years direct production-supervision experience preferred (15+ employees).
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with forming, stamping, press operations, metal fabrication, or assembly preferred.
• ERP or manufacturing system experience required; SYSPRO and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the production schedule into daily labor, equipment, tooling, material, and work-centre priorities.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold 20–25 employees accountable for performance, attendance, conduct, safety, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO, customer, and Leader Tech requirements.
• Stop or contain production when safety, quality, documentation, or product-conformity concerns exist.
• Plan and approve department overtime within policy and operational requirements.
