This hands-on leadership role oversees people, processes, quality, technical production, and day-to-day operational performance within an electronics-focused environment. The Production Manager will manage the production workshop and technician team while ensuring work is planned,

Qualifications

• Hands-on production leadership with responsibility for people, processes, and operational performance in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing technicians or production employees in an engineering-driven environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems, audits, documentation control, Health & Safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate across departments to meet customer requirements and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the production workshop and technical production environment.
• Directly manage, develop, and support the production and technician team.
• Plan and allocate production activities based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet production needs.
• Oversee production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Balance leadership with hands-on involvement as needed.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Quality on process improvements.
