Job summary

Leader Tech Inc. in Florida is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 20–25 employees in air press forming and related EMI shielding manufacturing processes. You will ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while maintaining adherence to AS9100/ISO requirements.

You will translate production requirements into daily work plans, allocate resources, and monitor performance, scrap, and downtime. Prior experience in regulated manufacturing and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• At least three years of direct production‑supervision experience preferred, ideally leading 15+ employees.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with forming, stamping, press operations, metal fabrication, or assembly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the production schedule into daily labor, equipment, tooling, material, and work‑center priorities.
• Assign work based on production priority, employee qualifications, capacity, cross‑training, and safety.
• Monitor start times, WIP, output, labor efficiency, downtime, and capacity.
• Identify constraints early; develop recovery plans and escalate risks.
• Coordinate schedule changes with Production Control and other departments while protecting customer commitments.
