• Experience in Sales or Customer Service is required.

• International background or experience with US clients is a must.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming prospects to turn them into business opportunities.
• Identify the client's travel needs to match the right product.
• Navigate clients through options to close deals with you.
• Provide excellent customer care for loyalty and referrals.
• Establish relationships to be a trusted partner for all travel needs.
• Work in a team of 8-10 agents with a team leader.
• Learn from mistakes and continuously improve performance.
