Job summary

HERE is expanding its US Sales team in New York, offering a Hybrid remote role with in-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday. The Junior Account Executive will drive high-volume outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline to support senior sales.

The position offers strong growth potential within fintech-focused enterprise software. You will engage target accounts, research decision-makers, and collaborate with marketing and the sales team to optimize messaging and convert

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Experience in tech, SaaS or financial services strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious mindset with a drive to excel in fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new prospects and target accounts with LinkedIn and other tools.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and manage the pipeline through evaluation.
• Partner with sales to transition opportunities with clear discovery notes.
• Maintain CRM activity and provide leadership with forecasting visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outbound messaging and lead quality.
