Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening entry-level and early-career talent.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple divisions.
• Experience building relationships with colleges, universities and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and onboard entry-level and new-to-industry talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple entry-level roles.
• Support internship program through events, applications, and referrals.
• Collaborate with interns and managers on conversion opportunities.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records in Jobvite ATS.
• Represent the company at nationwide recruiting events and career fairs.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders to identify hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Track data and provide insights on program trends.
