Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8 years of talent attraction experience in construction/engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles across divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into hires.
• Develop relationships with colleges and universities to attract early-career talent.
• Manage internships and internship-to-full-time conversions.
• Utilize Jobvite ATS to track requisitions and candidate documentation.
• Plan and represent the company at national recruiting events.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Monitor program metrics and trends.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current on DEI trends.
