Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent to lead full-cycle recruiting for early career roles across multiple divisions and locations.

You will partner with hiring managers and colleges to attract interns and new-to-industry candidates, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, and data-driven insights are critical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8 years of work experience in talent attraction, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Up to 50% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple sourcing tools to identify, screen, and onboard entry level talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple entry level roles across divisions.
• Support internship program via events, applications, and referrals.
• Assess intern-to-full-time conversion and facilitate end-to-end process.
• Manage requisitions and candidate documentation in Jobvite ATS.
• Represent the company at nationwide recruiting events and career fairs.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
