Job summary

Cupertino Electric is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent to lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and 'new to industry' roles across multiple U.S. sites including Urbandale, IA.

You will partner with managers, develop college relationships, and drive internship programs to convert strong interns to full-time hires. The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and tracking program metrics to guide outreach and hiring

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience: 8 years in talent attraction; early career experience is strongly preferred.
• Travel: Up to 50% travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple sourcing tools to identify, screen, and onboard qualified talent, with a main focus on entry level and new-to-industry roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple entry level roles across divisions and disciplines, including sourcing, qualifying, offer, and onboarding.
• Support the internship program by identifying and hiring interns through events, applications, and referrals.
• Collaborate with interns and hiring managers to assess intern-to-full-time conversion opportunities.
• Manage requisitions and candidate documentation using the Jobvite ATS.
• Plan and represent the company at nationwide recruiting events, info sessions, and career fairs.
• Organize and manage Emerging Talent Program activities.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Track data and provide insights on trends and projects related to the program.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Stay apprised of DEI trends related to workforce and industry.
• Provide cross-functional support on talent acquisition projects.
