You will collaborate with hiring managers, build college relationships, and promote our brand to attract top emerging talent. The ideal candidate thrives on innovative outreach, internship programs, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8 years of experience in talent attraction, preferably in engineering/construction.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and internship programs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and emerging talent across divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into successful hires.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities to attract early-career talent.
• Promote CEI’s employer brand at events and career fairs.
• Manage requisitions and candidate documentation, using Jobvite ATS.
• Support internship programs and intern-to-full-time conversions.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Track metrics and provide insights on trends and initiatives.
