Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent to own full-cycle recruitment for entry‑level and new‑to‑industry roles across multiple divisions.

You will partner with hiring managers to translate needs into successful hires and build relationships with colleges and universities to attract early-career construction talent. You will drive innovative sourcing strategies, manage internships, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8 years of talent attraction experience, preferably in the construction/engineering industry.
• Travel up to 50% of travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for entry level roles across divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into successful hires.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities and organizations to attract early‑career construction talent.
• Lead internship program recruiting through events, direct applications and referrals.
• Manage requisitions and candidate documentation in Jobvite ATS.
• Represent the company at nationwide recruiting events and career fairs.
