Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of talent attraction experience.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Construction/engineering industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and emerging talent across multiple divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and translate into successful hires.
• Develop campus relationships and internship programs to attract early talent.
• Coordinate internships, events, and career fairs to promote the brand.
