Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our People team, focusing on technical hiring across the United States, Mexico, and Latin America. The role is based in Arlington, VA, with on-site work four days per week.

You will manage the full life cycle—from kickoff calls and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding—building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while applying AI-assisted recruiting practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or Communications.
• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions across full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Source and engage candidates across the US, Mexico, and Latin America using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screens and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS.
