Job summary

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Emerging Talent and internships. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and other teams to identify, assess, and close exceptional early-career candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience; Emerging Talent recruiting is a plus.
• Proven track record identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
• Ability to learn new talent markets and calibrate to a high hiring bar.
• Strong operational rigor managing high-volume pipelines and shifting priorities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication with candidates and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Ramp’s Emerging Talent roles.
• Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and other teams to define hiring needs.
• Identify and engage high-potential candidates through universities, networks, and events.
• Lead offer and closing processes, building strong candidate relationships.
• Support internship programs, events, and intern-to-full-time conversion.
• Use recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and inform progress.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
• Experiment with new approaches to identify and hire top early-career talent.
