Job summary

Ramp Corp. is seeking an Emerging Talent Operations Associate to support internship and new-grad programs.

You will partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to keep candidate data, interviews, offers, onboarding, and intern support moving smoothly. You’ll help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for interns, potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent or program operations, university recruiting, events, or another detail-heavy service role.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Clear, warm communication, timely updates, and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about learning new tools and improving how work gets done.
• Good judgment, ownership, and a habit of raising issues early.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across the internship and new-grad recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate, event, and program data in Ashby.
• Partner with recruiting coordinators on candidate communications during high-volume periods.
• Support job and offer administration, including requisitions, approvals, and documentation.
• Help coordinate onboarding, access, housing, and other intern and new-hire needs.
• Track recurring work, flag risks early, and keep important details from slipping.
• Improve team templates, checklists, and operating processes.
• Identify repetitive work that could be simplified with AI or practical automation.
• During slower operational periods, support program management.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Emerging Talent Operations Associate to help run the operational foundation behind our internship and new-grad programs. You’ll partner with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to keep candidate data, interviews, offers, onboarding, and intern support moving smoothly.

You’ll help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for interns, potential conversion to full-time. This is a hands‑on role for someone organized and resourceful who enjoys making complex programs feel seamless. As you learn the work, you’ll help improve processes, templates, and simple automations.

This is a temporary, full-time role with strong potential to convert to a permanent full-time position.

What You'll Do

What You Need

• Familiarity working with Talent, People Ops, IT, Workplace, or Payroll.
• Experience improving a process, tracker, template, or workflow.
