Job summary

Rivian is seeking a high-impact Recruiter for its Service and Sales organization in Atlanta. You will act as a talent advisor, bridging Rivian’s Service teams with evolving Sales and Customer operations, and build a data-driven recruiting engine that moves beyond fulfillment.

You will lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles, leveraging AI-enabled sourcing, and maintain structured interview standards while ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with Rivian’s mission.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with a strong track record in Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial operations.
• Proven success owning complex searches, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping strategy for roles.
• Demonstrated ability to execute talent mapping and long-term nurture strategies for hard-to-fill passive talent.
• Experience using funnel metrics (pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to diagnose bottlenecks and influence hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with iCIMS ecosystems and a practical view of where AI/automation adds value to the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner to leaders across Commercial, turning headcount plans into prioritized hiring strategies and clear success profiles.
• Provide market and compensation insights for commercial talent to influence recruiting strategy and decisions.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions, mapping competencies to interview plans and coaching managers on evidence-based evaluation.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles—from initial brief and sourcing strategy to offer, close, and handoff.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing plans (direct outreach, referrals, and AI-enabled search) to generate pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles and locations.
• Facilitate debriefs and drive structured decision-making, ensuring a clear documentation of rationale and tradeoffs for every hire.
• Identify and remove process friction in the recruiter journey, simplifying scheduling and feedback loops to protect candidate experience.
• Leverage AI and ATS to automate manual tasks without eroding candidate quality or experience.
• Ensure every candidate receives a clear, respectful, and timely journey, acting as a brand ambassador for Rivian’s mission.
