Job summary

PMI U.S. in the Central Region is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager to own a business territory, partner with retail customers, and grow in sales analytics and strategic planning. Location: Central Region (U.S.). Candidates may be placed in or near major markets, with relocation possible within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date
• Early career applicants with up to two years of experience encouraged
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, or retail operations
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, or other customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must reside within or relocate to the assigned territory
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans
• Present business recommendations and data-driven insights to customers
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights
• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and POS materials
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support business goals
• Develop leadership, communication, and customer management skills through real-world experience
