Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager(ESM) aligned with our Operations team in the New York area. You will supervise front-end and pharmacy operations, coach staff, and help drive profitability and superior customer service across the store.

You will support scheduling, training, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Eligible for internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or successful completion of Walgreens Store Manager program (LEAP).
• High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience considered.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store front and store associates; manage scheduling and shifts.
• Coach and train team; drive customer service improvements.
• Assist Store Manager with operations and profitability goals.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store appearance to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy operations and external partners as needed.
